Friday April 30th is The Robot Parade at Beauty Bar and Knuckle Rumbler is giving you a reason to get out of the digital world. Live and in person we will be bringing you the EP Release Party of “Robot Radio” by ZEALE.
The Robot Parade will feature performances from GOBI, L.A.X., and ZEALE and DJ sets by Hot Britches! and Richard Gear, hosted by Neiliyo.
Coming off a tremendous run of 12 shows during SXSW ZEALE is ready to give back to the town that he calls home. Sharing the stage with acts as diverse as Goodie Mob to Jason Mraz, ZEALE may be the most well rounded MC that Texas has to offer. His new release is no different as his new single “Digital Swagger” is sure to be the summer anthem for the ATX.
Joining him in the procession will be ACL veterans L.A.X. in their final performance before they release their own project later this year. With the world as their dance floor, L.A.X continues to convert all who listen through a fresh sound and invigorating live performance. GOBI will be rocking socks from the jump. From pitch black rooms to packed with swaying bodies, and the stiff stench of sweat. This band will make sure there is no shortage of dirty dancing. Electro-funktionaire Neiliyo will be hosting the outdoor party. Can you feel the heat?
Not to leave the crowd hangin, the inside of Beauty Bar will be run by the turntable controllers Hot Britches! and DJ Richard Gear. Bring it!
